Lead Inspection

LEAD DUST WIPE SAMPLING
Homes built prior to 1978 are at the highest risk for lead and lead dust contamination due to the paint that was used during this time period. High-risk individuals include young children (hand to mouth contact) and pregnant women.

$15 per wipe that is analyzed
$35 fee for paperwork filed to the MDE for rental property owners
